In an event today at the Rashtrapati Bhavan at 7 pm IST, PM Narendra Modi is all set to take the oath today as the Prime Minister Of India. The event is expected to be attended by an approximate 6000 guests invited from various spheres and industries of the country.

After the landslide victory Of Narendra Modi-led BJP on the 23rd of May, PM Modi is all set to swear in as the Prime Minister of the country again today. The elections were partially predictable as far as the majestic win of the Bhartiya Janta Party(BJP) is concerned, as per strategists and analysts. The exit polls gave an idea of the nation’s mood-swinging fully towards our PM Modi.

The alliances and coalitions that were being planned to be formed in the future went into an abyss after BJP secured 302 seats alone out of the 542 seats in the election. Following the historic win, PM Modi addressed the nation via various media and assured India of more glory and progress.

Oath-Taking Ceremony At Rashtrapati Bhavan

 

In an event today at the Rashtrapati Bhavan at 7 pm IST, PM Narendra Modi is all set to take the oath today as the Prime Minister Of India. The event is expected to be attended by an approximate 6000 guests invited from various spheres and industries of the country.

Apart from this, some foreign dignitaries are also expected to grace Narendra Modi’s oath-taking ceremony today at the Rashtrapati Bhavan.

Former PMs and Presidents To Be Present

Those attending this ‘mega’ oath ceremony includes all prominent Opposition leaders, Chief Ministers of all the states, Governors of all the states, senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders, members of both the Houses of Parliament and senior BJP functionaries in states.

Former prime ministers and presidents have been sent invitations for the event. Also, several Heads of State including that of BIMSTEC (Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation) countries, have also been invited for the swearing-in ceremony.

The oath ceremony will take place in the forecourt of Rashtrapati Bhavan and not in the Durbar Hall.
