Are Coronavirus Vaccines the Greatest Gamble in Medical History? A Report

Imagine a situation in which you get vaccinated to treat a fever, only to discover later that the same vaccine could cause blindness or a stroke that leads to sudden death. In such a situation, one might question whether it should be called a vaccine at all.

While speaking at the Allison Enquiry, Dr. Peter McCullough revealed that messenger RNA (mRNA) vaccines, such as Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty) and Moderna (Spikevax), were developed to kill humans. Other viral vector vaccines, including AstraZeneca, Covishield (AstraZeneca), Sputnik V, Janssen, and CanSino, are also not safe for humans.

Four Days of Testimony at the Allison Enquiry in Canada

The four-day Allison Enquiry was held on September 8, 9, 10, and 11, 2026, at Parliament Hill in Ontario, Canada. It was a gathering of 50 people, including doctors, members of parliament, patients who had suffered from coronavirus vaccines, and relatives of people who had died due to COVID-19 vaccines.

To understand this, we first need to learn more about the Allison Enquiry held in Canada’s parliamentary committee, who Dr. McCullough is, how his testimony created a sensation in the history of vaccines, and why he said that 97% of human life is in danger due to COVID-19 vaccines, calling this the biggest scam in medical history.

What Is the Allison Enquiry?

Canadian Member of Parliament Dean Allison felt that, over the past several years, Canadians had experienced the pandemic in very different ways. Many families had lost loved ones to COVID-19. To understand the consequences of COVID-19 vaccines, he began a series of testimonies to hear directly from victims, experts, and researchers.

Several months ago, Dean Allison asked Canadians to step forward and share their experiences. More than 1,000 applications were received from patients and people who had lost loved ones or whose close relatives had suffered.

He then established a committee at Parliament Hill and opened its doors to those who wanted to share their experiences.

During the first series of hearings, 50 Canadians who reported vaccine-related injuries shared their stories over four days. Some spoke about heart problems, blood clots, and careers cut short. Others described watching their loved ones suffer.

Other participants included US Senator Ron Johnson and Canadian members of parliament.

Who Is Dr. Peter A. McCullough?

Dr. Peter A. McCullough is not an outsider to medicine. An American cardiologist, internist, and epidemiologist with a long career in academic medicine and cardiovascular research, he became one of the most outspoken and controversial medical voices of the COVID-19 era.

McCullough began publicly challenging aspects of the pandemic response in 2020, initially focusing on COVID-19 treatment. However, as vaccines were rolled out in late 2020 and early 2021, his concerns increasingly turned towards mass vaccination, vaccine mandates, and the potential for adverse effects.

As a cardiologist, he paid particular attention to reports of myocarditis and other cardiac complications following mRNA vaccination.

Some of the concerns he highlighted, including the link between mRNA COVID-19 vaccines and myocarditis, were subsequently acknowledged by US health authorities. Other claims made by McCullough about the scale, severity, and long-term consequences of vaccine-related harm remain strongly disputed by other researchers and public health institutions.

Whatever one’s position, McCullough has become impossible to ignore in the continuing debate over COVID-19, vaccine safety, medical consensus, and the limits of dissent in science.

He travelled to Parliament Hill to testify. He presented a slide from a World Health Organization (WHO) document published in September 2019, three months before the pandemic was announced. The document was an annual report on global preparedness for health emergencies.

The slide showed a range of diseases, including SARS-CoV, marked as newly emerging in the Asian region, and MERS-CoV, marked as newly emerging in the Middle East. Seven other viruses, including Ebola and Zika, were also listed as being directly or indirectly connected to the COVID-19 virus.

The board included Jeremy Farrar, the current chief scientific officer of the WHO, and Anthony Fauci, the former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and senior White House coronavirus adviser. This was in 2019, before the pandemic, when tremendous planning had already taken place.

He referred to a US bioweapons programme launched in 2004 and discussed DARPA, the research unit of the US military, which announced a programme called ADEPT-P3. Its stated goal in 2012 was to end pandemics within 60 days using messenger RNA vaccines.

In effect, these messenger RNA vaccines had been in development for nearly a decade before they were introduced to the market.

“They weren’t rushed. These were in development for a very long time. That’s how Moderna (COVID-19 vaccine) was able to announce within five days of Trump declaring a public health crisis. Moderna declared they had a vaccine in five days. It’s because they have been working on this for years.”

To understand this better, let us look at Dr. McCullough’s own words:

“I do research. I have been involved firsthand in the pandemic from the very beginning, before the vaccines arrived on the market. I have over 100 peer-reviewed manuscripts on the pandemic and on vaccine safety, and I have medical authority to say what I’m about to say today.

“I’m going to follow this outline and make some comments along these points, which I think will be very important. It will bring to light what is going on with the large number of vaccine-injured individuals who have come forward bravely and disclosed what has happened to them since COVID-19 vaccination.

“What many didn’t know is that there is an entire business of pandemic planning and preparedness that involves global vaccination.”

US-China Collaboration and the Development of SARS-CoV-2 Since 2012

Dr. Peter McCullough shared another slide and explained his views on the medical aspects of the virus.

“Now, to make matters worse, this spike protein, as you can see on the surface, has 1,255 amino acids and 3,831 base pairs coding for it. It was the principal antigenic target of all the vaccines.

“This is the lethal part of the virus. Every single vaccine, Pfizer, Moderna, Janssen, AstraZeneca, Novavax, Metagago, and the one you had that never made it to the market, featured the lethal part of the virus, not a benign nucleocapsid. There are 30 proteins in this virus. They featured the lethal part of the virus. That’s never happened in human vaccinology ever.”

About the COVID shots and the spike protein

McCullough explained that the COVID shot delivers a set of man-made genetic instructions wrapped in tiny fat bubbles. These instructions are tweaked so the body does not break them down quickly, and the bubbles can travel widely, including to the brain and eyes. Cells then read the instructions and make the coronavirus spike protein. He claims they make a lot of it.

According to him, the spike can damage cells, sit on their surface and confuse the immune system into attacking the body, because it resembles some human proteins. He said natural infection exposes a person to only part of the spike, while the vaccine exposes the full spike. He claimed that the full spike can clump and move through the blood, so different people get different problems, such as clots, heart inflammation or eye issues, depending on where it lands and on their genetics.

He said AstraZeneca and Janssen used a different delivery system but still caused a large burst of spike. He concluded that vaccine injuries are a complicated mix of the vaccine and each person’s weak spots, and that batch differences and antibody responses may explain why some people are hit hard and others are not. He also claimed that the spike was designed to kill, which is not supported by evidence.

He said: “Some of you must be wondering how in the world one person can have blindness, another person an aneurysm, another person a son who died of cardiac arrest. How can that be from one or two shots? It’s because they’re genetic, and it’s because the protein is gain-of-function research. It was designed to kill.”

Why some people react differently

McCullough claims that people who took these vaccines are, in many ways, lucky to be alive because their library of antibodies against the spike protein must be neutralizing it perfectly. He said that is the only explanation that exists right now.

He also claims there is variation between vaccine lots, with some probably containing very little messenger RNA and others being hyper-loaded. After examining thousands of patients, he said, it has been his clinical experience that if a person has any small flaw in their genetics, epigenetics or baseline condition, the vaccine seems to strike at that flaw.

For example, he said, if someone has a tendency to blood clotting, the vaccine “will be a blast.” He described the biggest blood clots he has seen in medical history. Before the pandemic, a blood clot in the leg was about an inch long. He said he now has patients whose entire leg is a solid clot, extending up to the inferior vena cava, a large vein in the abdomen.

He explained: “It’s individual baseline variation, and then it’s the library of antibodies that they raise against this spike protein. If their immune system is perfect, they can neutralize every single bit of that spike protein, hopefully forever, and they never have a problem.”

He claimed that the spike protein in one body is not the same as in another. It may fold in a way that damages neurologic receptors in the spinal cord, causing transverse myelitis, which is inflammation of the spinal cord. It may fold in a way that attaches to red blood cells and forms micro blood clots, causing blindness. He also said the messenger RNA or adenoviral DNA, the lipid nanoparticles and the spike protein go everywhere in the body.

“This is the last thing you would want with a genetic code that is coding for a lethal protein. It is the worst biological idea I’ve ever heard in my life. A vaccine should never cause death. We never trade the death of a healthy person for a theoretical population benefit,” he added.

McCullough claimed that the vaccine does not stop infection or transmission and did not reduce hospitalizations and deaths, and that the vaccinated got COVID as often as the unvaccinated. Large studies have found that the vaccines substantially reduced severe disease and death, even though protection against infection waned over time.

He argued that infection and vaccination combine to create “hybrid harms,” leaving people “super loaded” with spike protein. He described the spike protein as a gain-of-function product devised at the Wuhan Institute of Virology. “This isn’t a conspiracy theory. This is a rational theory,” he said.

He further said: “I think the propaganda over this pandemic worked. All these messages came out that no one is safe, and people were entranced in fear and conditioned to undergo mass vaccination.”

McCullough says the COVID-19 vaccines are not safe for anyone and should have been pulled from the market soon after release. He says he was the first doctor on public record to call for their withdrawal, in the US Senate in 2021. He calls the rollout a “giant failure” and a “public health debacle.”

Allegations of corruption

McCullough claims that Anthony Fauci, the former top US health official, sought and obtained 10 years of clemency for crimes tied to the pandemic. He also says Fauci pleaded the Fifth Amendment 111 times before the US Senate, meaning he refused to answer questions to avoid self-incrimination. McCullough says he sat in the same chair and answered every senator’s questions for hours.

His point is that this is not just a scientific mistake. He alleges corruption at the highest levels and says no public health official will come clean.

“No country really checked”

McCullough says the vaccine is on the market in more than 140 countries, and that the only countries without it are those that cannot afford it. He claims that no country has done a proper safety review, and that none has opened the vials to check the concentration of vaccine material or to look for impurities or contaminants. “It’s mind-blowing,” he says.

He also claims the spike protein is unlike any protein he has seen. He says it can trigger blood clot formation even without platelets, the tiny cell fragments that normally help blood clot, and calls it extremely “pro-coagulant,” meaning it strongly encourages clotting.

He also says the spike protein is “amyloidogenic.” In plain terms, that means it can fold into a rubbery form. When large amounts of spike protein build up inside blood clots, he says, they fold, attract even more clotting and make the clot physically rubbery.

Conclusion

If we examine records from the past four years, we find reports from around the world of healthy people dying suddenly after suffering strokes. In India, there have been numerous cases in which young men have reportedly died suddenly while performing on stage or exercising in a gym.

A healthy person with no previous history of serious health problems may also die suddenly. In India, Covishield (AstraZeneca) has been administered to approximately 67% of the population, and three billion doses have been supplied across the country.

The testimonies presented by 50 people at the Allison Enquiry suggest that the effects do not impact everyone in the same way, as every human being has a different immune system. However, experts are still uncertain about how long the effects of these vaccines may remain in the human body after injection.

Dr. McCullough clearly stated that any infection generated by coronavirus vaccines can be treated. However, the question remains: how many doctors have the necessary knowledge or expertise to treat such cases?

There were only 50 testimonies during the first hearing, and much more is yet to come.
