Samantha Ruth Prabhu
Samantha debuted with the second season of the famous action thriller, The Family Man starring Manoj Bajpayee. The Family Man 2 sees the famous actor in a new de-glamorised avatar. In the debut itself, Samantha is seen doing some demanding action sequences and holding a gun. The actor plays the antagonist Raji, a terrorist, in the series.
The unbelievable portrayal of emotional turmoil leading to a stone-hearted terrorist by Samantha has earned rave reviews from both fans and critics.
R Madhavan
Madhavan made his most-awaited OTT debut with Netflix ‘Decoupled’ where he played the character of Novel writer Arya Iyer. He was probably playing his first-ever comedic role, really infusing life in the series. Madhavan is in stark contrast to his wife, Shruti, who is always in a hurry to make everything under the sky real. He is getting good reviews for his role as the motor-mouthed husband and father.
Priyanka Chopra
There is no dearth of flawless performance by Chopra. One such performance was in The White Tiger, released on Netflix. Priyanka plays the role of a US immigrant who returns to India with her husband, played by Rajkummar Rao in this caste-based movie.
Sidharth Malhotra
Malhotra’s OTT debut with Shershaah was a mesmerizing one. The biopic of famous Army man Vikram Batra saw Sidharth in the lead role. Fairytale romance to towering patriotism, this movie had it all. Sidharth Malhotra had done a great job as the Captain Vikram Batra.
Raveena Tandon
The famous 90s star Raveena Tandon has made her OTT debut with Netflix’s Aranyak. Tandon plays the role of Kasturi Dogra, a top cop from a small town who is brash, bold and a total badass. Throughout the series, Kasturi tries to manage hurdles on the work and the home front. Dogra has both brain and bawn.
