Douglas DiSanti’s ability to transform the world through firm leadership was celebrated by Unified Brainz

Unified Brainz is resolute in presenting and celebrating the exemplary careers of some of the most stalwart personalities whose fortitude, assiduousness and willpower have made them claim the highest level of glory. This year again, we are proud to present one more limited edition of the unique dark mode Coffee Table Book, “Who’s Who of The Industry”, which is marked in the World Book of Records, London, where we have handpicked the success stories of individuals who have made an inedible mark in their respective industries and emerged as victorious leaders.

The courageous Douglas DiSanti did what only few in Corporate America dare to do – leave a high-powered job to make a difference in people’s lives!

For almost a decade, Douglas managed commercial real estate portfolios in excess of a billion dollars for leading multinational banks. But, it wasn’t enough. “I have always believed that capitalism can be used to bring people out of poverty. I wanted to chase my dream of making a difference in people’s lives and leave the world a little better off than I found it – by providing essentials such as clean water, food and power through innovation and out-of-the-box thinking, not just in the US but globally.”

Douglas thus established his first company – Neon Bloom Inc., bringing to market innovations that could change the world, followed by GrassRoots Advisory LLC – to invest, scale, and bring to market innovations which would help farmers produce more food, and reduce water and power usage.

In addition, he is a Managing Partner at Vortex Estate Fund, Managing Director at Chestnut Hill Ventures, and Managing Director at Seven P Capital.

Douglas’s dream of creating a better world can be traced to his childhood. He grew up in New York with a very close knit family. His passion growing up was sports and being part of teams that achieved their goals and dreams together. It was in these early years he learned the importance of teamwork, leadership, accountability, and sacrifice for the greater good of the whole.

He attended College at Brockport with a degree in Finance and played four years of collegiate soccer where he was fortunate to Captain the team for several years. He received his MBA from Texas A&M – Commerce, with a focus in Finance.

In 2011, Douglas began his career working for some of the largest banks in New York City and in 2015, he had already established his first company – Neon Bloom Inc. The company focused on investing and bringing to market innovations that could change the world and improve the circumstances for families everywhere. They acquired numerous companies all over the globe before taking the company public via a Reverse Merger.

Upon completing the public offering, Douglas started GrassRoots Advisory LLC, an ESG Impact M&A and Advisory firm. Their investment strategy focuses on green projects which would also benefit the environment long term.

“What allows our company to stand out from the crowd is our ability to bring early stage companies to market. We have done this through the public and private markets. Assisting these companies in completing offering statements through Reg A+ to register securities and secure the needed capital to expand the business.”

What about the challenges he’s faced, we ask him? “The most important ingredient to achieve success is chasing your purpose and passion in life. If your business aligns with those ingredients, it allows you to be resilient in the face of challenges. Having a support system in place whether that is family or close friends is also crucial as an entrepreneur. I am fortunate to have a supportive family that I am able to rely on no matter what difficulties come my way.” To know more about Douglas, check https://whoswho.world/ or to nominate email, [email protected]

An emerging leader, Douglas leaves us with a message for our readers – “Too many people measure how successful they are by how much money they make or the people they are associated with. In my opinion, true success should be measured by how happy you are. Always invest in yourself and continue to learn new skill sets that broaden your knowledge base. Never tie your success to materialistic things and you will find your purpose on this planet which will result in your happiness and fulfillment.”
