G20 Global Icon Awards beckon; Here’s your chance to be part of the gala event in Bali

The Global Icon Awards will be bestowed upon deserving Indians at the Royal Palace in Bali this month

As India takes over from Indonesia the mantle of the presidency of the G20, the first-ever international event of the year is all set to get underway at Bali, the picturesque capital city of Indonesia. It will be on this occasion that the Global Icon Awards will be bestowed upon deserving Indians from all walks of life.

To get going at the Royal Palace in Bali, the Global Icon Awards will coincide with India’s Republic Day, January 26th. To be organised from January 24 to 26th 2023, this will be the first and most prestigious event of the year, with influential political commercial, cultural, educational, and other leaders coming together under a single roof. On the agenda will be topics of discussion ranging from regional to international aspects and industry agendas. 

The G20 event will aim at bringing to the fore entrepreneurship that would benefit the society at large, even as holding aloft the highest moral, intellectual and governmental integrity standards. In attendance will be organisations that hail from the private as well as public domain, non-governmental bodies and academic institutions of repute. 

As is a known fact, the Global Economic Forum has as its focus, the ushering in of digital transformation into the lives of every human being in the next 10 years. This is with the aim of ensuring that no one is deprived of the benefits the new technologies offer.

Top leaders, and celebrities from Indonesia to grace the occasion

The Global Icon Award event will participants from public and private sectors, non-governmental organisations, and academic institutions, in such a manner that they all are carefully balanced. Riding the belief that change is possible by bringing together individuals from all walks of life who are driven and committed to making a difference in the world, the Global Icon Awards event will get on to the podium by teaming up with leaders in the industry, government and civil society.

Top leaders from the Indonesian administration will grace the occasion on January 25thbetween 6 pm and 9 pm when the participants come together at the Royal Palace in Bali. Among the dignitaries will be Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita, Minister of Industry, Republic of Indonesia; I Wayan Koster, Governor of Bali; and Dr Arya Wedakarna, Senator –  Member of the Indonesian Regional Representative Council. Top luminaries from the country will also be part of the get-together.
