Reports also included renderings of the Vivo Y33 smartphone along with Vivi Y21

NEW DELHI — With the Vivo Y21, Vivo is reportedly aiming to revitalize its Y-series smartphone range in India.

The smartphone is expected to be released next week, however the company has yet to confirm this.

The analysis comes from 91Mobiles, and it includes a comparison of the smartphone’s major features.

Meanwhile, the renderings of the Vivo Y21 smartphone were also teased along with another new smartphone Vivo Y33s in the article.

However, sources told Digpu News that the Vivo Y21 will be marketed as the “segment’s slimmest 5,000mAh smartphone” as seen on one of the posters.

Detailed Specifications of Vivo Y21 smartphone

The Vivo Y21 looks to be an affordable phone with a 6.51-inch HD+ (1600×720) display and a MediaTek Helio P35 processor with 4GB RAM, 1GB expanded RAM, and 128GB internal storage. It may come pre-installed with Funtouch OS 11.1, based on Android 11.

The Vivo Y21 is expected to house a primary camera of 13-megapixel on the rear and a 2-megapixel super macro lens on the front, as well as an 8-megapixel front-facing camera.

As previously stated, a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast-charging capability might be included.

A side fingerprint sensor, 4G connection, Bluetooth 5.0, and Wi-Fi 2.4GHz and 5GHz are also said to be included. It’s said to come in two colours: tip black and glossy white.

The Samsung Galaxy F22, which debuted in India last month, is powered by the same chipset.

The Vivo Y33s will also include a triple back camera system, with a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 2-megapixel bokeh camera, and a 2-megapixel macro lens, according to the source.

There might be a 16-megapixel camera on the front for selfies and video calls.
