New Delhi: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued significant weather warnings, forecasting isolated extremely heavy rainfall over Kerala, adjoining Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka over the next few days.

- Isolated Extremely Heavy Rainfall:
- Kerala and adjoining Tamil Nadu on 30th July.
- Karnataka on 30th and 31st July.
- Fairly Widespread to Widespread Rainfall:
- Northwest, central, and east India are expected to experience fairly widespread to widespread rainfall with isolated heavy falls over the next 4-5 days.

- Active and south of its normal position at mean sea level, expected to shift gradually northwards in the next 4-5 days.
- Cyclonic Circulation:
- Over Jharkhand and surrounding areas in lower and middle tropospheric levels, tilting southwards with height.
- Off-shore Trough:
- Runs along the South Gujarat to Kerala coast at mean sea level.
- Cyclonic Circulation:
- Over northeast Arabian Sea and adjoining Saurashtra in lower and middle tropospheric levels, tilting southwards with height.

- Konkan & Goa from 30th July to 3rd August.
