New Delhi: In a significant development, the Supreme Court granted bail to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh in the Delhi excise policy case. Addressing the press shortly after the court’s ruling, Delhi Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj highlighted the court’s scrutiny of the case, questioning the basis of Singh’s arrest and the lack of substantial evidence presented by the ED.
