India, March 01, 2019 —

India had been waiting for their brave son Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman today after Pakistan said that the Wing Commander of Air Force would be released today by the Pakistan Government.

Earlier as per the internal sources, it was being told that Wing Comm Abhinandan has been moved to his destination in India by the fleet of cars waiting for him on the Indian side at around 5:30 pm today.

However, based on recent inputs to Digpu, Wing Commander has just entered The Indian side of the border.

The present inputs are that security cover on the Wagah Border has been increased. More personnel from the Special Forces have been activated at the Wagah Border.

It is noteworthy that howsoever plain the statements of the government of Pakistan may sound, it is not a dependable entity. Fear is gripping people awaiting Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman on the Wagah Border.

Pakistan has now played more tactics to withhold the release of Abhinandan Varthaman. According to the Pakistani Government, Wing Comm Abhinandan could not be returned simply as a captive soldier of India. They demanded all his documents as per the country’s immigration rules.

Air Vice Marshal Kapoor and BSF officials are going to brief the press in some time at the Indian side of the Wagah-Attari border.

Wing Commander Abhinandan was captured by Pakistan a few days ago and vulgar display of his videos and brutal photos were circulated by Pakistani Media.

However being the globally strong power that India is today, we put forth the right legal moves and highlights the Geneva convention. According to this, all prisoners of war are subject to respectful treatment and return to their respective country.

Following this diplomatic and strong moves of Indian Government, Pakistan gave in and owing to international pressure, Wing Commander Abhinandan was returned to India today.
