A scholar from Pulwama gets “Research Excellence Award”
PULWAMA (J&K) — A research scholar from southern Valley’s Pulwama district has been awarded for his research excellence by Institute of Scholars (InSc), Karnataka.
A Zoology lecturer from Tral sub-district in the southern district, Dr Suhail Jeelani Shah has been awarded for his valuable research.
Speaking about the award, Dr Suhail said that he was very happy for being honoured with the ‘Research Excellence Award’ and it depicted that hard work never goes waste.
Interestingly, the award has been given to Dr Suhail, a lecturer at Government Degree College Tral, for his research on dengue fever amid the pandemic of novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Jeelani, while expressing happiness, said that he was encouraged to receive the award. He added that he had been working hard for the last six years and finally, his hard work had paid off.
Meanwhile, Dr. Suhail Jeelani is also being congratulated by netizens on social networking websites as many people consider him as a beacon of inspiration for the youth of the Valley.
It is pertinent to mention that Dr Suhail Jeelani is one of the leading Zoologists in south Kashmir and has been serving as a lecturer in Government Degree College Tral for the last several years.
